Why upgrade to Windows 11 Pro now?
Windows 10 stopped receiving free security updates on 14 October 2025. The one-year consumer Extended Security Updates programme that bridged the gap ends on 13 October 2026. After that, a Windows 10 PC gets no further security fixes unless you pay for extended coverage.

Windows 11 Pro system requirements
Your PC needs a 64-bit processor on Microsoft’s supported list, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, UEFI Secure Boot and TPM 2.0. Run Microsoft’s free PC Health Check app before you buy. It tells you in under a minute whether the PC qualifies.

A common issue we see: PC Health Check reports “TPM 2.0 not detected” on PCs built in the last few years. The chip is usually there but switched off in the BIOS, labelled fTPM on AMD boards or PTT on Intel boards. Turning it on typically fixes the check. How do you activate your Windows 11 Pro key?
Enter the 25-character key under Settings › System › Activation › Change product key. Windows checks it with Microsoft online and confirms activation in about a minute. The steps depend on what the PC is running today.
Upgrading Windows 11 Home to Pro
- Open Settings › System › Activation.
- Select Change product key and enter your Windows 11 Pro key.
- Windows downloads the Pro features and restarts. Your files, apps and settings stay where they are.
- Check that Settings › System › Activation shows “Windows is activated with a digital licence” or “with a product key”.
Installing on a new PC or a clean drive
- Download Windows 11 directly from Microsoft’s Windows 11 download page. Use the Media Creation Tool to make a bootable USB stick (8 GB or larger).
- Boot from the USB and start setup. When asked for a key, either enter it or choose “I don’t have a product key”.
- Select Windows 11 Pro from the edition list. This is the step people most often miss.
- Finish setup, then enter or confirm the key under Settings › System › Activation.

Refunds
Once a purchased software package has been activated or an activation has been attempted through an online activation site, the package becomes none refundable But in serious matters, we can refund on Wincdkey wallet. So you can use every product. We cannot add the software package to our stock if an activation has been completed or attempted.
We cannot issue a refund if a customer has purchased the wrong product. Rather then we can change it if he not try to active it

Exchanges
Microsoft Softwares will exchange software purchases for up to 30 days after order completion but only if the software has not been downloaded by the customer, you can also return your purchased software within 30 days if the software remains none downloaded for a full refund.
Redemption or Activation:
After purchasing keys, you will get a voucher code which is needed to redeem. this voucher code have a lifetime validity but once redeem it then you need to activate your windows or office within 7 working days.
Refund process
