How to activate

Uninstall any older Visio version and any Microsoft 365 click-to-run install that would conflict.
Download the Visio Standard 2024 LTSC installer from the link in your order email and open the ISO (double-click mounts it in Windows 11).
Run the setup file and wait for installation to finish.
Open Visio, go to File > Account > Change Product Key, and enter the key from your email.
Visio activates online. Check File > Account shows “Product Activated”.

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes. You pay once and keep using it. Microsoft security updates stop on 9 October 2029, but the software keeps working.

How many PCs does it cover?

One Windows PC. Each extra PC needs its own key.

Does it work on Mac?

No. Visio is Windows only.

Can I upgrade to Professional later?

Not with this key. Professional is a separate licence, so pick it now if you think you will need data-linked or technical diagrams.

What do I do if activation says the key is blocked?

Remove any other Office click-to-run installs, reboot and retry. If it still fails, send us a screenshot through a support ticket.

Do I need an internet connection?

For download and activation, yes. After that Visio works offline.

Refunds

Once a purchased software package has been activated or an activation has been attempted through an online activation site, the package becomes none refundable But in serious matters, we can refund on Wincdkey wallet. So you can use every product. We cannot add the software package to our stock if an activation has been completed or attempted.
We cannot issue a refund if a customer has purchased the wrong product. Rather then we can change it if he not try to active it

Microsoft Softwares will exchange software purchases for up to 30 days after order completion but only if the software has not been downloaded by the customer, you can also return your purchased software within 30 days if the software remains none downloaded for a full refund.

After purchasing keys, you will get a voucher code which is needed to redeem. this voucher code have a lifetime validity but once redeem it then you need to activate your windows or office within 7 working days.

Refund process

The Microsoft key didn't work at first, but after a brief talk to a customer support and few screenshots they have made it work. I would still suggest buying from this site, because the issue was resolved really fast.
