Office Home & Business 2024 gives you the classic desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote for one PC or one Mac, paid for once. There is no yearly renewal. The key is a bind key: you redeem it on Microsoft’s own setup site, it attaches to your Microsoft account, and you download Office directly from Microsoft.

What’s included in Office Home & Business 2024?
You get Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote, installed on one Windows PC or one Mac. Access and Publisher are not included, because Publisher has been removed from every Office 2024 edition. Copilot AI features are also not included, as those are only available with a Microsoft 365 subscription.

How long will Office 2024 be supported?
Microsoft will provide security updates for Office 2024 until 9 October 2029. After that date the apps will keep working, but they will no longer receive security fixes. That gives you about three years of supported use from today, with no subscription to keep paying.
How do I redeem and install the key?
Redeem the key on Microsoft’s setup site, then install Office from your Microsoft account. The detailed steps are below.
- Go to microsoft365.com/setup (setup.office.com redirects there) and sign in with the Microsoft account you want Office linked to. You can create one for free.
- Enter the 25-character key from your order email and confirm your country and language.
- Open account.microsoft.com > Services & subscriptions, find Office Home & Business 2024 and select Install.
- Run the installer on your PC, or open the downloaded package on your Mac.
- Open Word and sign in with the same Microsoft account. Office then activates automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Is Office Home & Business 2024 a lifetime licence?
It is a perpetual licence. You pay once, and the version you install keeps working with no subscription. Microsoft stops releasing security updates for it on 9 October 2029, so we describe it as a one-time purchase rather than a lifetime licence.
Can I install it on both a PC and a Mac?
No. The licence covers one device, which can be either a Windows PC or a Mac. You choose which when you install from your Microsoft account.
Can I use it for my business?
Yes. Home & Business is the Office 2024 edition licensed for commercial use. That is the main difference from Office Home 2024, along with Outlook.
Can I move Office to a new computer later?
Yes. Because the licence is linked to your Microsoft account, you can sign out or uninstall on the old computer and install on the new one from your account page. It is meant for one active device at a time.
Does it include Copilot?
No. Copilot in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is only available with Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Office 2024 is the classic desktop suite without AI features.
The key won’t redeem. What should I do?
Check that you’re signed in to the right Microsoft account and that you haven’t mixed up similar characters such as 8 and B. If it still fails, open a support ticket within the 7-day window with a screenshot of the error. Our refund and replacement policy explains what happens next.

Refunds
Once a purchased software package has been activated or an activation has been attempted through an online activation site, the package becomes none refundable But in serious matters, we can refund on Wincdkey wallet. So you can use every product. We cannot add the software package to our stock if an activation has been completed or attempted.
We cannot issue a refund if a customer has purchased the wrong product. Rather then we can change it if he not try to active it
Example: A customer purchases a Windows software package for a Mac machine.
Exchanges
Microsoft Softwares will exchange software purchases for up to 30 days after order completion but only if the software has not been downloaded by the customer, you can also return your purchased software within 30 days if the software remains none downloaded for a full refund.
Redemption or Activation:
After purchasing keys, you will get a voucher code which is needed to redeem. this voucher code have a lifetime validity but once redeem it then you need to activate your windows or office within 7 working days.
Refund process
Refunds will be credited back to the credit/debit card that customers used to place their order, refunds are processed from our platform immediately the time taken to credit to the customer depends entirely on the customers card issuer and/or bank account.
